A family atmosphere and authentic flavors are the distinctive characteristics of the agriturismo “Le 4A”, in Caporciano. The kitchen is run by a young chef that offers a traditional menu with lots of different appetizers, first and second courses, desserts, and tonic liquors.
Every customer can sit down and take a journey through the best products the area has to offer. You will find some original combinations, like the cannolini with cheese and poppy flowers, a savory pie, a soup made with sorghum, celery root and pumpkin, bread with saffron, vegetal carbon and beet, lard with honey and noodles with spirulina and cheeses.
